§ 23-35. Registrar to index records of births, deaths and fetal deaths, tabulate data and report each month to council.

The registrar of vital statistics shall index all records of births, deaths and fetal deaths, and their respective amendments, and shall tabulate the data contained in such records, and shall make a monthly report to the city council in such form as may be required by that body.
