§ 23-39. Certificates of births, deaths and fetal deaths—Filing with registrar.

Certificates of all births, deaths and fetal deaths occurring within the city shall be filed with the registrar of vital statistics in strict compliance with the provisions of rules 34a to 55a, article 4477, Revised Civil Statutes, and the regulations of the state department of health.
