§ 33-107. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Dance hall means any room, place or space where dancing by patrons or customers is permitted, including facilities for rent and night clubs.

Day or days means calendar days.

Health official means the individual designated as the health officer or health authority for the city or designee.

Permit officer means the person, or their designee, within the development services department designated to perform the functions set out in this article.
