§ 33-122. Hours of operation and curfew.

Each city-maintained cemetery is open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A person commits an offense if he or she enters or remains in the cemetery from 7:01 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. Any person who enters or remains in the cemetery from 7:01 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. is subject to prosecution for a class C misdemeanor and a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
